There are two areas that Eric has always excelled in<br>#1: sheer crypto knowledge - I have needed his expertise in all aspects ranging from help with wallets (Ledger to Exodus to Atomic to MetaMask) to staking (Theta,T fuel, ZIL, ADA, etc)#2: his calm, reassuring demeanor - Crypto at times can be a bit overwhelming and he has walked me through numerous roadblocks e.g. in order to access a certain wallet we had to change browsers 3x or e.g. he guided me through as I backed up my Ledger X to a Ledger S.
